what is this life flowing through our bodies like fire? what is it? life is like a hot iron. ready to pour. choose the mold and life will burn it.

over the past few weeks and into the past day, there has been fire. lots and lots of fire. lots of changes and growth. the things i have been asking for have been coming, but in ways that are most unexpected and actually very difficult to process and in that time it takes, another thing happens, and again, and again and when all of those "things" are piled ever so high, balanced in imbalance everything seems like it's going to tumble go upside down- however you can. do a handstand, if you need a wall (i still do) - find one- or have a super cool yoga teacher that just knows you well- like yesterday- in Eve Jolie Isbell's class on our third round of standing splits she comes up behind me and assists me into a handstand. i didn't stay up that long, but that doesn't matter. and back bends, do some backbends - i love a long series of backbends like we do in Jivamukti with Amanda Moran- these things do wonders. oh hell, i could call out poses for an hour - so take a class. but what these particular poses do mentally and physically is great- not only do you get more blood to the brain and all those other organs, the thing it does for me personally is keep my heart open and helps me get into the 3rd chakra, manipura.
